Show or demonstrate your gift by example to other workers.

Answer questions of other workers.

Allow other workers to assist and help.

Let other workers do the work with your assistance.

Let other workers do it without your help by your observation only.

Let other workers give an account of their work to you.

Leave and let other workers do it by themselves.

Continue to encourage via visits, telephone, e-mail, letters, etc.

Note: Trust the Holy Spirit! i.e. (Acts 20:29-32) “Wolves among you…Paul left”  Remember that JESUS is the builder of HIS Church! (Matthew 16:18)

Equipping Other Saints of the Congregations

Do the work as an example to all believers.

Teach them in practical demonstration how to minister, i.e.

Apostles: How to build the Church and know one’s gifts

Prophets: How to hear God

Evangelists: How to witness to the lost

Pastors: How to love and care for people

Teachers: How to know Scripture through revelation

Mentoring

Jesus and Apostles

Barnabas and Saul

Paul and Timothy

(Old Testament) Elijah and Elisha
