Jesus' “One on One” Teaching Ministry

Some of the most profound teachings of Jesus were shared with only one person. Either that person was alone with Jesus and/or Jesus ministered to that person “one on one” out of the crowd. In Jesus' personal “one on one” teaching, his ministry was relational, informal, dialogue and question and answer.

Scriptural Examples:

V9: “Jesus heard that they had cast him out;”

V10: “and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God? ”

V11: “He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe in him?”

V12: “ And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee.”

V19: “And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.”

V41: “And many more believed because of his own word;”

V42: “And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world.”
