1.   Matthew 24:9   “Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted (thlipsis), and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.”  

 

2.   Mark 13:19-20   “For in those days shall be affliction (thlipsis), such as was not from the beginning of creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.”
