ADMONITION

GREEK:    nouthesia meaning to call attention to by a mild rebuke or warning; to caution; to put in mind; to reprove gently, to train by word; to instruct.

1.   Romans 15:14 “Brethren, ye are full of goodness(agathosune meaning good in character and beneficial in its effect, kindly disposition towards others and kindly activity in their behalf)filled with all knowledge(gnosis meaning act of knowing; a seeking to know by inquiry and investigation), able also to admonish one another.”

2.   I Thessalonians 5:12 “Brethren, know(oida meaning to have seen or  perceived; fullness of knowledge; relationship with)them which labour(kopiao meaning feel fatigue, work, be wearied)among you and are over you(proistemi meaning to stand before; preside; rule) in the Lord and admonish you.”

3.   II Thessalonians 3:15 “Admonish him(due to disobedience to the word)as a brother.(count him not as an enemy)
