WHAT CAN I GIVE TO JESUS?

I cannot give my heart because I could never change it or clean it up.

Therefore, He must take my heart.  So what is left?

The only thing I can give Him is the only thing I truly own.

There is one thing that God has given me that is truly mine.  My will.

I can choose to serve Him or serve sin.

Therefore, the only thing I can give that is mine is my obedience.

To surrender my will to His.  

And even this I cannot do but I can be willing to be made willing.

Thus, I will give Him permission to make me willing.

In this way I surrender myself to Jesus.

Lord, take my heart for I cannot give it.  

Keep it pure, for I cannot keep it.

I am willing to be made willing.

Let thy will be done in my heart.

Make me a vessel of honor to worship and adore you.

I know You are able and I know Your are willing.
